Bulk & Custom Order Policy

This policy applies to personalized, bulk, event, wedding, gifting, and custom-made orders placed with Misty Flames.

1. Custom & Bulk Orders

We may accept:

  • Bulk gifting orders
  • Wedding favors
  • Festive hampers
  • Corporate gifting
  • Custom labels
  • Customized fragrance combinations

All custom orders are subject to feasibility, material availability, and production capacity.

2. Payment Terms

All custom and bulk orders are generally prepaid.

For larger orders:

  • Advance payment may be required to confirm the booking
  • Remaining payment must be cleared before dispatch

Production may begin only after payment confirmation.

3. Production & Timeline

Production timelines depend on:

  • Order quantity
  • Product type
  • Packaging requirements
  • Customization complexity
  • Material availability
  • Seasonal demand

Estimated timelines will be discussed during order confirmation.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for bulk orders are calculated separately depending on:

  • Courier service selected

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests for custom or bulk orders must be made within 12 hours of confirmation.

Once sourcing, customization, labeling, or production has started, cancellations may not be possible.

Advance payments for started projects may be non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving:

  • Spellings
  • Dates
  • Label text
  • Packaging details
  • Quantity
  • Color/theme preferences
  • Fragrance selection

Misty Flames will not be responsible for customer-approved errors after confirmation.

7. Returns & Refunds for Custom Orders

Custom and personalized orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless the issue is caused by a verified error from our side.
